Welcome to our little charming café. Here you are served homemade dishes made from fresh ingredients.

All the food is made by hand and is made after ordering, so you always get freshly prepared food.


We breed our sheep and calves organically. The sheeps roam free in the nature all year round and spend their days here in the valley by eating grass and heather. The calves are kept inside until they grow large enough to be out into the wild and grow large and healthy.

The animals are slaughtered in the fall and it takes place in the café which we convert into a slaughterhouse in the fall. The slaughterhouse is only used for one week in the autumn and therefore this idea arose to build a slaughterhouse that could be used as a café the rest of the year. We started designing a house that combines slaughterhouse and café and in 2017 our café / slaughterhouse was ready to receive the first guests.

We are very satisfied with the result and think that we have managed to make a very unique place where the industrial look mixed with natural materials gives a very special atmosphere.
